This Chinese black tea is hand-plucked in Qimen County, one of the finest sources of black tea in China. The Qimen County is home to the famous Keemun black tea leaves. Before Keemun was grown in Qimen County for the first time in 1875, only green tea was grown in this area. Since then, Keemun tea leaves have become known as one of the ten great Chinese teas and have gained an enthusiastic following world-wide, even becoming the primary ingredient in English Breakfast teas.

Taste and appearance: The leaves of this Chinese black tea are dark, long, thin, and partially opened. A cup of this tea starts with delicate, smoky flavors and ends with a sweet, clean finish.
