Origin:
This Oolong tea is hand rolled in Taiwan, formerly known as Formosa. In terms of oxidation and flavor, Oolong teas are in between black teas and green teas. This particular Oolong is called Green Dragon for it's low level of oxidation, making it more akin to a green tea than a black.

Preparation:
Teaflection recommends brewing Formosa Green Dragon Oolong in 98 degree water for one minute or a little less, and using the leaves for multiple steeps. Oolong tea is known to get better with each steep, the fourth or fifth steep often producing the best cup of tea.
