This green tea gets its name from its unique appearance, which is strikingly similar to the gunpowder from 18th century British cannons. This gunpowder tea is picked in the coastal province of Zhejiang China and rolled into tiny, shiny pellets. Zhejiang is the home of the Longjing tea leaves, also called Dragonwell, which is highly regarded as one of the ten great Chinese teas.
